- JANUARY 12th - POLKA DOT PARTY! Why? Because polka dots are fun and polka is a super fun dance to know. No, we won't be doing the polka all night long but rest assured we will polk-ya a time or two. We will learn the best Ballroom, Latin and Swing dances and enjoy all of the favorites. Join us for this first EOFN Sol Dance Party of 2024. Enjoy a lesson in the greats, performances, games and so much fun!
- JANUARY 26th - LATIN NIGHT! - SHAKE IT OUT - SHAKE IT NEW! There is no better way to get your year moving than to get your body shaking. A night dedicated to spicing things up this year. Learn the best Latin dances. Learn a bit of the best. Dance the night away to the rest - All the styles you love.
- FEBRUARY 9th - FOR THE LOVE OF RED! It is Chinese New Year's Eve in the year of the dragon. Not to mention, our special love day is just around the corner. Regardless, for the LOVE OF RED, it is TIME TO DANCE! Engage your passion... Express your love... Experience desire... Dance. ❤ Whether you are feeling sassy, sultry or sexy - tonight is the night. 😍 Learn to dance both basics and variations in the Rumba, Tango and Swing. An evening dedicated to love and the color RED.
- FEBRUARY 23rd - SWINGIN' GOOD TIMES! The West Coast Swing is known to be the most creative and useful of all of the partner dances. You will enjoy dancing it to nearly any style of music and it is a great way to perfect some of the most important rules of partner dance. But don't worry, once we learn the rules, we gain the power to break them... SO MUCH FUN!
- MARCH 8th - GET LUCKY! It's time to get lucky at this dance party. Join us for a super combo of the best Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Country and Nightclub dances. Take a bite of each and enjoy an amazing evening filled with fun and the best dancers in town. It's Hannah's birthday month so there are sure to be added lots of extras. Don't miss it!
- MARCH 22nd - SPRING FLING, LATIN STYLE! A super celebration of all things wonderful, beautiful, brilliant and NOW. A dance party in honor of the new season and YOU. The season calls for brilliance and growth. We will create it with you. Enjoy a combined lesson in the best Latin club style dances. We will get you movin' and groovin' into this new sassy season.
- APRIL 5th - A HOPPIN' GOOD TIME! It's a Good Friday to hop on over to Sol Ballroom for a little post-Easter celebration as we 'Swing into Spring!' Actually, we will save the bounce for the Bunny Hop as we focus our learning and dancing on the smooth style West Coast Swing. Add some bounce to it, however and you will closely approximate the granddaddy of the Swing dances - the Lindy Hop. We will show you how.
- APRIL 19th - 3rd ANNUAL SAFARI PARTY! What a better way to celebrate the planet than with the most amazing Country Western dances. Learn the One Step, Two Step and Three Step Waltz, PLUS a bit of Swing... We will be swinging like monkeys and dressed like giraffes. Wear your best stripes, spots or colors and get ready to enjoy a truly WILD TIME in honor of our beautiful planet.
- MAY 3rd - TRES DE MAYO! It's time to get your feet moving and your hearts pumping with our very spicy CINCO DE MAYO Celebration - a few days early! In celebration of Latin culture, enjoy lessons in the Bachata, Salsa, Cha Cha, and ALSO the Mexican Polka. Yes, you will learn to dance all these dances and more while celebrating this very special day. Come in all colors Mexico, or if you prefer wear your big hats in celebration of the Kentucky Derby. Big hats are always good.
- MAY 17th - BEST OF ALL! Did you know that the dances we enjoy at the country bars and nightclubs are mostly Ballroom style dances at heart? Tonight we will learn several of the most exciting that may be used on any dance floor. In addition we will celebrate the best of all - a late mother's day and kid's graduation. A perfect time to dance!
- MAY 31st - WEST COAST SWING STYLIN' INTO SUMMER! West Coast Swing is known to be the most creative of all of the partnered dances and yet if you haven't been taught how to do it - you just cannot! This 'dancers dance' is both highly structured and super creative. We will teach you both. Join us to learn the FUNdamentals of this exciting dance.
- JUNE 14th - CELEBRATION OF COLOR - BEST OF ALL It's Pride month and in that, we celebrate all colors. Wear your favorite and get ready to dance a rainbow of dance styles from the BLUE of Waltz, to the RED of Salsa, and every color in between. It's time to turn up the heat this summer and GET SIZZLIN'. Learn the best social dances of the season). Whether you prefer Frank Ray, Frankie Manning, Frankie Ruiz or Frank Sinatra - you are sure to have a BLAST! Get ready to dance the night away to the best Ballroom, Latin, Swing and Country music. - JUNE 28th - FIREWORKS - HEATIN' IT UP - DISCO DANCE PARTY The summer is heating up and we are getting ready. Lit with fireworks - join us for a 70's theme disco night. Learn the best dances of the era. Useful in all occasions. So fun when we point our fingers up. And YES, we will do the Electric Slide and a few others...
- JULY 12th - 2nd Annual LATIN LUAU The heat is on in Las Cruces. We will both fire things up and cool things off with our second annual LATIN LUAU! Enjoy learning the best of the Latin dances as well as the subtleties of the Hawaiian way. Everything has a meaning and stories will be told. Hawaiian or Latin attire preferred. Yes, you will get leid.
- JULY 20th - BONUS PARTY - BEST OF ALL! Since we won't have a party next week due to our Summer showcase, enjoy this bonus party featuring the best dances for any dance floor. Ballroom + Latin + Country = A GREAT DANCER!

- OCTOBER 18th - FALL FLING - ALL ABOUT WEST COAST SWING It might be cold outside but we are heating things up at Sol Ballroom. The West Coast Swing is known as the 'dancers dance.' It is playful, creative and flexible. If you like music, it is an essential dance. And yet, if you have not learned the rules - you simply cannot do it. Tonight we will not only learn the rules - we will break them too. Bring your favorite song - let's dance!
- NOVEMBER 1st - POST-HALLOWS MYSTERY PARTY A spooktacular evening of adventure, dance and fun! Enjoy the mystery, surprises and prizes, learn the best and enjoy with the rest. Tricks and treats abound with all of the best dancers around. Costume attire preferred - All welcome!
- NOVEMBER 15th - HOT 2 TROT It's time to gobble up the goodness with the most savory dances of the season. Let's learn the most scandalous dances of the century. We will gobble till we wobble. And yes, we will do the Turkey Trot.
